Biba welcomes ‘encouraging’ competition proposals
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association has issued its support to proposals from the Competition and Markets Authority to improve the UK’s dysfunctional motor market.
The proposals are led by a cap on charges passed to the insurer of an at-fault driver for a replacement vehicle to non-fault drivers, and a ban on so called "wide" Most Favoured Nation agreements
