Aviva is publishing customer car and home claims service reviews on its website, giving buyers the opportunity to see how others rate the insurer before buying its products.
The insurer has more than 1000 reviews on its site and has an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 and 4.3 out of 5 for its motor and home insurance claims service, respectively, according to a statement.
