Charles Taylor Consulting has agreed to acquire Alico Isle of Man, a closed international life assurance company, with equity shareholders’ funds of £1.8m, from American Life Insurance Company.
Alico IoM, was established in 2002 and provides investment life insurance products. It closed to new business in 2008. Loss adjuster CTC will rationalise the operations of Alico IoM by transferring
