Sart poaches marine underwriter from Ace HK
Sart Underwriting, a Lloyd's coverholder based in Hong Kong, has hired Larry Kwok as chief marine underwriter.
Kwok will assist Sart in establishing the Marine Liability business, expanding the existing marine cargo account and further enhancing the profitability of the overall Marine portfolio.
