OFT probe "will open a can of worms", says law firm
A law firm has suggested that the Office of Fair Trading's decision to refer the private motor insurance market to the Competition Commission could leave the policyholder worse off.
Alison Rocca, a road traffic accident claims handler at Glaisyers Solicitors, spoke of fears that any findings in the OFT investigation could affect claimants' access to justice.
She queried the OFT's
