Law firms have attacked the government's plans for a mesothelioma victims support scheme that excludes other asbestos sufferers.
The Department for Work and Pensions and the Association of British Insurers unveiled a support scheme earlier today under which mesothelioma victims who, from today, are diagnosed with the illness
