Crawford completes Italian deal
Crawford & Company has completed its acquisition of Italian liability loss adjuster Studio Bolton & Associati.
Studio Bolton has more than 35 staff in two branches located in Rome and Milan and a presence in the Lloyd’s and London markets. Crawford announced its intention to acquire the business in November
