Former McKinsey insurance leader made Zurich claims chief

Zurich Financial Services has appointed Thomas Sepp to the position of chief claims officer, effective 1 September.

He succeeds Christian Orator who was appointed chief administrative officer and member of the group executive committee.

In his new position, Zurich said Mr Sepp will be responsible for "leading
