Drive Assist reviewing cases after malpractice promoting email sent to ABI
Steve Binch, chief executive of Drive Assist, wrote to Barry Smith, chairman of the Association of British Insurers motor committee and CEO of Fortis, last week to assure him the company has made an extensive investigation into the email.
Drive Assist has moved to distance itself from an internal email encouraging malpractices within the credit hire operator.
