Customer retention key to broker growth priorities
The majority of brokers expect their business to grow in the next year, according to Aviva’s latest broker barometer.
According to the data, 95% of the 250 general insurance brokers surveyed expect their business to grow in 2026, this increases to 98% among regional brokers.
The notable statistic however, is that
