The Chartered Insurance Institute’s New Generation Broking Group is turning to TikTok and Instagram to attract fresh talent to the industry.

Launching today (25 October) on the CII’s social media channels, the 2022 to 2023 broking cohort of the institute’s rising star programme have produced a roughly one-and-a-half minute-long video that
