Howden secures £1bn investment and appoints Blanc as head of M&A

Howden has appointed Peter Blanc as head of M&A after it secured in excess of £1bn for M&A, new initiatives and talent.

This comes after Howden Group Holdings successfully raised more than £875m across both debt and equity.

On 24 March, Howden finalised $500m seven year term loan, with more than 60 lenders providing
