Jensten reveals £36m cost for four deals in 2021 financial year
Jensten Group has posted a £13.57m post-tax loss for the year ended 31 March 2021 as turnover rose 24% to £21.44m.
This came as the business spent £35.96m across four deals buying Senior Wright, HTC Associates, Sydney Packett & Sons and Advance Insurance Agencies in the financial year. The total was made up of £25
