Ardonagh to sell Bennetts after CMA ruling
Ardonagh has offered to sell motorcycle specialist Bennetts to address the concerns of the Competition and Markets Authority and avoid a “long, burdensome and expensive phase two enquiry”.
The consolidator completed the takeover of Bennetts on 7 August but has been obliged to hold the company separate under an Initial Enforcement Order from the CMA. This has meant Ardonagh could not not
