Two US law firms investigating WTW over Aon deal
Two US law firms have launched investigations into whether Willis Towers Watson board directors breached their fiduciary duties or violated other laws around the mega-merger with Aon.
WTW and Aon agreed a deal on 9 March that, at the time, valued the combined business at around $80bn (£61.3bn). It is expected to complete in the first half of next year.
