Ecclesiastical buys minority stake in Lloyd & Whyte
Exclusive: Ecclesiastical Insurance Group has bought 20% of Lloyd & Whyte for an undisclosed sum.
Ecclesiastical already owns two brokers, schemes specialist SEIB which it bought in 2008 and Newcastle-headquartered Lycetts having first invested in the business in 2009.
