Goldman Sachs' acquisition of Aston Lark completes

Goldman Sachs’ merchant banking division’s purchase of majority stake in Aston Lark has completed.

The deal, reportedly worth around £320m, sees Goldman Sachs acquire a majority stake in the business from equity funder Bowmark Capital.
