Ardonagh backers acquire firm from CBL
Ardonagh majority owners Highbridge Principal Strategies and Madison Dearborn Partners have bought fee protection insurance provider PFP from failed carrier CBL.
The sale was the result of a process that was begun by CBL’s administrators, an announcement on the New Zealand Stock Exchange reveals.
