One Call ‘regrets’ mishandling of client money

One Call said it has rectified the client money errors that led to more than £1m in fines from the Financial Conduct Authority.

The firm said both it, and its CEO John Radford, were the parties who notified the FCA of the breaches in relation to the unauthorised use of client money.

One Call was fined £684,000 and Radford
