Gallagher and Aston Scott settle in staff poaching case
Arthur J Gallagher and Aston Scott have agreed an out of court settlement over a staff poaching case that was heard in the High Court last week.
The case relates to the future of Duncan Rogers, an account executive allegedly poached from Gallagher by Aston Scott CEO Peter Blanc.
Mr Justice Soole was to give his decision on Friday morning as to
