Cobra UK and Ireland finalises MBO
Insurance broker Cobra UK and Ireland has finalised a management buyout, with the company to trade under its previous name, UK and Ireland Insurance Services.
The Cheshire-based company was privately owned until October 2008, when it was acquired by Cobra Holdings.
The team will remain including directors James Wrynne, Kevin McNeill, Martin Hoult & Jeremy
