Reid backed by broking peers to stay at Gallagher for the long-term
Former Bluefin executive chairman Stuart Reid has been tipped to be “the one that sticks” in the Arthur J Gallagher UK retail hot seat by a previous incumbent of the role, despite suggestions that his lack of recent integration experience could pose problems.
It was revealed last week that Reid, pictured, will leave Bluefin to join Gallagher, where he will take on the job that has previously been viewed by some market commentators as a poisoned chalice
