Towergate's unsecured creditors complete takeover
Towergate's senior unsecured creditors have completed the acquisition of the majority stake in the consolidator.
Law firm Ropes & Gray advised the ad-hoc committee of holders of Towergate Finance's New York law-governed 10.5% senior unsecured notes in connection with the restructuring of Towergate's £1.05bn debt
