Palatine completes £14m MBO of Towergate Financial Planning and John Charcol
Palatine Private Equity has completed the management buy-out of Towergate Financial Planning and mortgage broking business John Charcol.
Ian Darby (pictured) has joined as full time executive chairman of the businesses and will work alongside the incumbent management team.
