Brokerbility next to pilot Axa claims tool
A web-based claims tracking tool for brokers is entering its second pilot phase with members of the Brokerbility network with a wide release planned for the second quarter of this year.
The Axa Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary tool, called Eserve, is an online portal that gives brokers access to the claims they have in progress on Axa policies at any time.
