Dual Group recruits Bains as CUO
Former QBE director Talbir Bains has joined Dual Group as global chief underwriting officer.
Bains left his role as QBE European Operations retail motor and business performance director in November 2014.
As well as the CUO role, Bains will join the Dual international board, the risk
