JLT sells 26.2% stake in French associate
Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group has sold its 26.2% stake in Milestone, the holding company of Siaci St Honoré, the broker's French Associate.
The sale to Ardian, formerly Axa Private Equity, follows the decision by Siaci St Honoré's shareholders to exit or reduce their holdings and seek a new investor.
