Arthur J Gallagher has opened an office in Cornwall after hiring four former Towergate employees.
Carl Jolly and Chris Spencer have been appointed as senior account executives, and are joined by Ann Bennett and Lucy Sime as account executives, operating out of the new offices in Victoria Business
