Willis completes Charles Monat acquisition
The Monetary Authority of Singapore has approved Willis' acquisition of Asia-based specialist broker Charles Monat.
Charles Monat is a life insurance broker for high net worth clients.
The broker has placed over $13bn in coverage since it was founded in 1971 and has 61 employees and consultants based in Hong Kong
