Oval staff informed of Gallagher talks ahead of March deal
Oval staff have been informed about the broker being in exclusive acquisition talks with Arthur J Gallagher, a source close to Oval has said.
Post reported last week the US broking giant was rumoured to be in take-over discussions with Oval; just four months since it bought Giles for £233m.
