Wu replaced on CNinsure board by Shang
CNinsure has confirmed the resignation of Shangzhi Wu from the company's board of directors following the expiration of his tenure and the appointment of Xiaojun Shang, effective 24 August.
An announcement on Nasdaq said that Shang has been an executive director of CDH Investments Management (Hong Kong), an asset management company based in Hong Kong, since October 2010.
