Liberty International Underwriters Europe has expanded its regional operation into Birmingham with the appointment of Dave Canning as regional senior underwriter.
LIU Europe said that Dave Canning has a strong track record of underwriting liability business for a number of major insurers in the UK as a senior underwriter and will be tasked with establishing
