Capita puts insurance business up for sale
Outsourcing specialist Capita is preparing to offload its direct to customer insurance businesses following disappointing performance in the division, Post understands.
Capita is currently engaged in two sales processes to shed assets, including Lancaster, BDML Connect and Hero, and has appointed Deloitte to manage the process, according to sources close to the firm
