Biba hits back at "ill-informed" Law Society PI comments

The British Insurance Brokers' Association today described the Law Society's recent comments on solicitors professional indemnity cover as ‘ill-informed’ and ‘self-promoting’.

The Law Society took a swipe at brokers last week as it launched Chancery Pii, a direct facility for solicitor's seeking PI cover. Explaining its decision to cut brokers out of the process it said
