Allianz warns on lack of awareness of new employment tribunal changes

Both sides of the employment divide are unaware of the impact of the changes introduced by the new employment tribunal regulations, Allianz Legal Protection has warned.

Following the introduction of the changes, claimants will have to pay fees for most claims over £1 000 if they wish to take their case to an employments tribunal.
