Simply Business parts ways with Brit after completing MBO
Simply Business has finally completed a management buy-out with backing from European equity firm Ana Cap.
The news comes two months after Postonline first revealed Brit was open to selling its shareholding in Simply Business having previously denied it was seeking to dispose of the stake.
