'Up or out' approach behind insurance career progression satisfaction
Insurance professionals have been found to be the happiest with their career progression, according to a survey of the UK workforce.
The study, carried out by recruiter Randstad Financial & Professional, gauged the career progression satisfaction levels of 2000 workers and found that 73% of those employed within the insurance
