FSKTN urges action on gender diversity
The Financial Services Knowledge Transfer Network has called for the implementation of new measures to tackle the gender inequality among top companies.
The recommendations come as part of a report - compiled in conjunction with the University of Essex - examining barriers to diversity in the financial services sector.
The proposals include offering
