NMB confirms Cooper Gay acquisition talks
Energy broker Newman Martin Buchan has confirmed that it is in exclusive negotiations over a potential acquisition by Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford.
NMB director Colin Rogers told Post that the firms are in due diligence, but declined to comment on a planned timeline for the deal.
