Solicitors' risk pool applicants rise in 2012
The number of solicitors applying for professional indemnity cover via the assigned risks pool went up this year, according to initial figures released by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
The annual solicitors' PI renewals process closed yesterday. The SRA told Post that 28 firms have applied for cover via the assigned risks pool so far.
