Brokers have hailed Ageas' potential move to acquire Groupama UK as a "logical fit", but warned that the insurer's troubled past may do little to win back lost brokers.
As reported earlier today, Ageas UK and Groupama have entered into exclusive talks regarding the sale of Groupama's non-life insurance business. The companies have been granted four weeks to thrash
