DLG revamps claims management system

Direct Line Group has taken another step towards revamping its claims business by launching the next phase in its end-to-end claims management system.

The newest stage in the multimillion pound transformation programme, involves rolling out Claim Center Release 1.1, part of the group’s comprehensive claims management system, Claim Center.
