The founder of agricultural insurer Rural Insurance, Lance Harvey, is to retire from the business after 17 years.
Harvey, who set up the Harrogate-based business in 1995 and is now deputy chairman having previously held the role of commercial director at the UK General-owned firm, will leave at the end of
