Arc Legal Assistance has joined forces with Swinton Commercial to launch a commercial rental guarantee product for semi-professional landlords.
The product is part of a new package of protection to be offered by the high street broker.
The cover aims to respond to the needs of landlords with smaller portfolios of properties by offering cover
