BIA offers women hope
Research released this week by the Chartered Management Institute to mark the 40th anniversary of The Equal Pay Act 1970, revealed equal pay within the insurance industry could still be more than 35 years away.
The research shows that if the rate female salaries are currently increasing does not improve, women in management roles in insurance will have to wait until 2045 to be paid the same as their male
