Charles Taylor appoints Creasy as non-exec
Charles Taylor has appointed former Kiln chairman Edward Creasy as a non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2014.
Creasy will join the audit, nomination and remuneration committees from the same date.
He replaces Julian Avery who will retire from the board as a non-executive director of the company with effect
