Reanalysis - Catastrophes - Insured catastrophe losses halved.

Last year saw insured losses from catastrophes fall by 50%,
according to Swiss Re's latest sigma report.

Losses from natural and man-made catastrophes fell to just $6.7bn,
largely due to the absence
