The brand change from Capsicum Re to Gallagher Re will help the business win the keenly fought “war for talent”, according to CEO Rupert Swallow.

Swallow told Post: “The brand change will put wind in our sails as we compete in that battle for talent.

“The dislocation caused by M&A activity is fairly transparent and clear for everyone to see.
