Enstar completes Torus acquisition
Enstar Group has completed the previously announced acquisition of global specialty insurer, Torus Insurance.
Following the announcement, Torus has appointmented Patrick Tiernan appointed as executive director and chief financial officer elect.
Tiernan joins the board of Torus and will succeed current CFO
