XL Group appoints casualty underwriting manager Europe, reinsurance
XL Group has hired Valérie Devaux–Piquer as casualty underwriting manager, Europe, reinsurance to replace Dieter Kohl, who retires this summer.
She joins XL Group from Transatlantic Reinsurance Company where she held the position of liability technical manager with responsibility for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey.
